It unwinds printed or blank pre-die-cut rolls, removes the waste matrix, slits the roll into multiple lanes, and rewinds finished labels onto a 3” (76 mm) motorized core holder in a single, efficient process

Capable of handling media up to 225 mm (8.86”) wide and roll diameters up to 250 mm (9.84”), the system allows for clean matrix removal and edge-to-edge “full bleed” labels without interrupting printing workflows

Integrated slitting enables multiple labels across the web to be separated into individual rolls, increasing productivity and reducing per-label costs

The unit features adjustable tension control, electronic monitoring, and face-out rewinding, ensuring consistent results and professional-quality finished rolls ready for application.
