Label Counter

The Automatic Label Counter /  Reel to Reel is a versatile finishing solution designed to accurately count, rewind, and unwind label rolls in a single compact system. Engineered for efficiency and precision, it is ideal for digital label production environments requiring roll control and batch management.

The system allows users to count labels on a roll, rewind onto different core sizes, convert large rolls into smaller ones, and create rolls with a preset number of labels using an electronic counter . Once the preset quantity is reached, the machine automatically stops and emits an acoustic signal .

The unit handles labels up to 5.9” (150 mm) wide, roll diameters up to 11.81” (300 mm), and operates at 120 rpm, with adjustable rewinder speed and automatic unwinder speed control . It supports adjustable core holders from 1.57” (40 mm) to 4.64” (118 mm) or optional fixed 3” cores .
