GEMINI - Digital finishing system for sheets

The Gemini 40 is a compact, fully automated sheet-fed digital finishing system designed to deliver professional die-cut labels and packaging with maximum precision and minimal operator intervention. Built around an industry-leading Graphtec cutting engine, it offers reliable, high-accuracy performance for short to medium production runs.

Featuring an automatic ramp-style feeder, the system can load, align, cut, and stack up to approximately 150 sheets per job without interruption, streamlining workflow and increasing productivity. An integrated sensor reads registration marks in real time, working in tandem with proprietary cutting software to achieve cutting precision of up to 0.3 mm.

The Gemini 40 handles media sizes from 210–350 mm in width and 279–500 mm in length (up to B3 format), supporting formats such as A4, A3, SRA3, Letter, and Tabloid. It processes adhesive sheets and cardboard from 200 to 350 gsm, making it ideal for labels, shaped business cards, small boxes, and packaging prototypes.
