The RY-350 Flexo Coating Machine is a versatile finishing solution designed to enhance digital labels with professional UV varnish and protective coatings. Built for modern digital printing workflows, it applies a uniform flexographic coating layer that improves label appearance, durability, and resistance to scratches, moisture, and fading.

Equipped with an integrated UV curing system, the RY-350 instantly dries the applied coating, eliminating waiting times and allowing continuous high-speed production. This technology produces a premium gloss or matte finish while increasing label durability for demanding applications.

The system combines flexo coating, UV drying, slitting, and rewinding in one efficient workflow, reducing manual handling and streamlining post-print processing. With a maximum web width of up to 330 mm, roll diameters up to 500 mm, and coating speeds of up to 60 m/min, the machine delivers reliable performance for both short and medium production runs.
